So, Primal Kiwi…
who am I? My name is Kate and I’m a Kiwi (New Zealander) living in Argentina. This blog is dedicated to my growing interest in nutrition, fitness, and getting the most out of life.
About 2 – 3 months ago (mid 2010) I came across the paleo (or primal) lifestyle thanks to Mark’s Daily Apple. It made so much sense that I decided to live according to it’s principles; I’ve never felt better. I want to share all that I’ve learnt and all that I learn with my readers (plus any other littleĀ titbitsĀ that I find interesting along the way
). Feel free to leave comments on any posts I make. I am still learning about this lifestyle and would love to be taught more
ooo I have heard a lot about the paleo diet and am excited to find a blog with someone who lives the lifestyle!
Hey Lisa, thanks for your message. If I can help you get to know the Paleo lifestyle in anyway, then let me know
. There’s a fair few of us living this way now I believe. Take care.
Wow. You are beautiful!
Hey! I just started reading your blog and really like it. I’ve gotten much more curious about Primal too, and really like how I’m feeling without grains.
But my question for you is a little silly…see, I have the chance to study abroad next spring in Auckland or London. I know almost nothing about Auckland, except that all the photos of New Zealand I’ve seen make it look so gorgeous. Is there any way you could email me (mimi.honeycutt@gmail.com) and perhaps tell me a little about New Zealand/Auckland? I’d love to hear the perspective of a native. I’m curious about the weather, stuff to do, interesting tidbits–whatever you’d like to say about your motherland! If you ever get the time to reply, thanks so, so much!

Hi Kate,
Welcome home by the way!
I’m guessing that you’ve headed back to Chch, but if by any chance you’re in Auckland, or are going to be on any of these dates, I thought this series of free lectures would be right up your alley. I’ve booked already

Grok on,

Oh what a shame I won’t be in Auckland for those dates! They sound so incredibly interesting – I’m rather gutted
. Hope you enjoy them all the same.
