The Primal in Primal Kiwi represents the Primal (or Paleo) lifestyle that I follow. The idea behind this way of life is to live as closely as one can to the Hunter-gatherer lifestyle in a modern world. When humans began to settle down, domesticate animals, and harvest grains etc. (the Neolithic period of our history) our primary source of food changed as did our health (i.e. grains became a staple in our diet). Eating and exercising according to the Paleo lifestyle has meant that I’ve managed to achieve many of my fitness goals which I previously thought weren’t possible. They were previously impossible as I was used to follow Conventional Wisdom and do Chronic Cardio. My health has also greatly improved. It is important to live your life in good health and happiness, the very principles behind the Paleo lifestyle.
